Carlos has more than 20 years of experience in the Human Management Business Line, with relevant companies such as Bancolombia, SAP, Santana Consultores, EPI-USE, and NBTeam Consulting. He has participated in the opening and positioning of foreign companies in Colombia and has contributed to opening new business lines. He is passionate about success and the creation of high-performance teams. He currently serves as a Human Talent Management Practice Leader.
